These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 99piso (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 99piso online gaming platform located at https://99piso.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through the Platform. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirements: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use the services provided by 99piso. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. The Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21, and 99piso reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, and any funds in the account balance will be forfeited without exception.

1.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 99piso complies with applicable laws in your location. The Platform is intended primarily for users located in the Philippines, and by using our services, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that your participation does not violate any local, provincial, or national laws.

1.4 Prohibited Persons: The following individuals are prohibited from creating accounts or using 99piso services: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited; (c) employees of 99piso and their immediate family members; (d) persons who have previously had accounts terminated for Terms violations; (e) persons who have self-excluded or been excluded from gaming activities; and (f) persons using the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.

2. Account Usage and Conduct

2.1 Acceptable Use: You agree to use the 99piso Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. You agree not to use the Platform for any commercial purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's functionality or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of 99piso services.

2.3 Account Suspension and Termination: 99piso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any reason deemed appropriate by the Company in its sole discretion. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to your account, and the Company may, at its discretion, confiscate any remaining account balance if the termination resulted from fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or other misconduct. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination conducted in accordance with these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits: You may fund your 99piso account using approved payment methods displayed on the Platform, which may include but are not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine financial institutions, as well as credit and debit cards where available. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your 99piso account are legitimately obtained and that you have full legal authority to use the payment methods employed for deposits.

3.2 Deposit Limits: The Company may establish minimum and maximum deposit limits, which will be clearly displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary based on your chosen payment method, account verification status, and other factors determined by 99piso. The Company reserves the right to refuse deposits that do not comply with these limits or that raise concerns regarding the source of funds or compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

3.4 Verification Requirements: Before processing withdrawal requests, 99piso may require you to provide documentary evidence verifying your identity, age, residential address, and payment method ownership. Required documents may include government-issued identification, proof of address such as utility bills, bank statements, or payment method screenshots. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions until verification is completed.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: 99piso maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and international standards. The Company reserves the right to investigate any transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with normal gaming activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any AML investigations, provide requested documentation, and acknowledge that the Company may report suspicious activities to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities will be immediately frozen and may be terminated with balances forfeited pending investigation outcomes.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

4.1 Promotional Terms: All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 99piso are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials or bonus terms pages. 4.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by 99piso carry wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount of total bets that must be placed using bonus funds before conversion to withdrawable cash. You acknowledge that failure to complete wagering requirements within specified time periods will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

You acknowledge that by placing bets on any game, you accept the rules governing that game and agree to be bound by the outcomes determined by the game's certified random number generator or live dealer procedures.

5.2 Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 99piso system, it becomes final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical errors or malfunctions as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. In the event of disputes regarding bet placement, the Company's transaction logs will be considered the authoritative record.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of technical malfunctions, errors in game software, network failures, or other technical issues that affect game outcomes or betting functionality, 99piso reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The Company will not be liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or other technical problems beyond the Company's reasonable control. Where technically feasible, the Company will attempt to notify players of known technical issues and restore normal service as quickly as possible.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they are developing gambling problems may request self-exclusion from the 99piso Platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to customer support and can be set for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion periods, you will be unable to access your account, and any attempts to create new accounts will be detected and blocked. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires, and we recommend that players experiencing gambling-related harm contact professional support services.

6.2 Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to help manage your gaming budget. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. We encourage all players to set deposit limits appropriate to their financial circumstances and to never deposit more than they can afford to lose.

7. Intellectual Property

7.2 Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 99piso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from the Company.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to 99piso. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. 9. Liability and Disclaimers

The Company's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your account in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 99piso, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Customer Complaints: If you have any complaints or disputes regarding the 99piso Platform or services, you should first contact our customer support team through the available support channels. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint fairly and promptly. All complaints must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

10.2 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 99piso regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

11.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

11.3 Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. The Company's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without the Company's prior written consent. 99piso may assign these Terms and transfer your account information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets without your consent.

11.5 Survival: All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.
